A Heartwarming Success at Our Dog Days of Summer Event
We’re thrilled to share the heartwarming success of our Dog Days of Summer event, which took place June 22nd at the Jerry Smith Farm! Expanding from Jerry Smith Feed & Seed Station, this inaugural event kicked off the summer season with a tail-wagging good time, celebrating the joy our dogs bring into our lives. We’re overjoyed to announce that seven adorable doggos from Mastro Mutts found their forever homes during the event!
A huge thank you goes out to everyone who joined us and made this event a success. Your support and enthusiasm played a significant role in helping this event come to life!
This event helped kick off a dog-friendly summer at Jerry Smith Farm! People and dogs are encouraged to join us at Chalk Fest and Sweet Corn Fest! Please note, due to safety during our busy autumn season, dogs will need to take a little break from visiting. Plan a visit to enjoy the summer with your pups, keeping them leashed and well-cared for during your visits. We can’t wait to see you and your four-legged companions soon!

The Dog Days of Summer event was packed with activities and fun for both pets and their humans. The atmosphere was filled with joy and excitement as we celebrated our furry friends. Here are some of the event’s highlights:
- Free Microchipping: Ensuring the safety of our pets is always a priority, and free microchipping was a popular service at the event.
- Adopt a Pup with Mastro Mutts: The highlight of the day, where seven dogs found their forever homes.
- Vendor Fair: A bustling vendor fair featured pet brand representatives and craft vendors offering a variety of products and services.
- Pet Brand Representatives: We had the pleasure of hosting representatives from Fromm, Dr. Gary, American Natural Premium, and Hagan Group.
- Raffles and Free Samples: Exciting raffles, free samples for both people and pets, and coupons at the Feed & Seed Station added to the fun.
- Pup Cups: Treats for our furry friends were a hit, ensuring they had as much fun as their human companions.
